Organized by Bussola Tech and the Organization of American States (OAS), the event was hosted by the Federal Senate of Brazil. The event took place January 27th and 28th at the Senate of Brazil in Brasilia.

The reason for gathering international thought leaders was to discuss how artificial intelligence is transforming the transparency and accountability functions of modern legislatures.
