Grant Vergottini Grant Vergottini has over 18 years of experience in the software industry. Prior to founding Xcential, Grant was the Director of Applications at Chrystal Software focused applying XML technologies for a variety of customer needs. Grant came to Chrystal from Homestore.com where he led the effort to redesign and redeploy their Homebuilder.com acquisition. Before Homestore, Grant was the founder of Genedax Design Automation, developing team and data management applications for electronic design teams using the latest Java, COM, and Internet technologies. Experience in the electronic design process came from Mentor Graphics where Grant performed several roles including field consulting, software architecture, product management, and sales project management around Mentor’s data and workflow management product lines. Grant began his career as a design engineer at the Boeing Company supporting the automation of Boeing’s design processes. Mr. Vergottini holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Cleveland State University, where he graduated Summa Cum Laude.
Bradlee Chang Brad has over 21 years of experience in the software industry. Prior to Xcential, Brad was founder and Vice President of Engineering of Chrystal Software. Brad wrote the business plan and successfully pitched the company to the Xerox New Enterprise Board. Brad held responsibilities for Engineering, Strategy, and Channel Partnerships. During his tenure, Chrystal doubled revenues and improved profitability two consecutive years. Brad advised Chrystal’s largest customers in their systems implementations, including Sun Microsystems, Lexis-Nexis, Bombardier and Kaplan Education. Prior to Chrystal, Brad held a variety of management roles within Xerox’s software and systems divisions, including, strategy, business planning, business development, engineering, and product management. In these roles, Brad was responsible for Xerox’s software efforts in publishing, document editors, content management, and XML. Brad began his career as a technologist in Xerox’s advanced systems group, developing new capabilities for the next generation of office systems. Brad graduated Cum Laude from U.C. Berkeley with a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science, and was a member of the Tau Beta Pi. |
