Opportunity:
Xcential has successfully established itself as a leading provider of solutions to legislative and regulatory organizations. We seek a superb developer to be responsible for designing, building, maintaining, and supporting an XML document drafting application currently in use by one of the largest legislative organizations in the world. In addition to developing new technologies, you will work directly with users to understand requirements, to develop technical designs, and to implement and extend applications. As such, you will participate in the future direction of this and other Xcential products.

Requirements:
The successful candidate will be a proven software developer experienced in building advanced XML, Internet, and Enterprise and/or Windows applications. AJAX, XSD, XSLT, XSL-FO, DOM, XLink, and XPath are preferred; DHTML, SOAP, WebDAV, Java, and JavaScript highly desired. You should be grounded in both fundamental and modern programming techniques, and comfortable with complexity, an excellent problem solver, and able to travel as necessary.
